When lives are on the line or business continuity is jeopardized ...
Have the peace of mind that your dispatchers have the best tools available to respond quickly and effectively. Whether your organization is large or small, with basic or complex needs, our dispatch communications solutions provide the reliable connectivity, intuitive operation and robust functionality to ensure everyone gets home safe or power is restored.
The console is the core to your dispatch operations. Motorola offers a variety of console configurations to meet the needs of dispatch centers from a simple desktop to a large multi position console configuration.
Desktop Consoles are self-contained radio dispatching units that control single or multiple base stations. Consoles may be remotely located in another part of the building, a branch office, or even in another city. Multiple desktop consoles can work in parallel to access and control a radio system.
You need a flexible and affordable VoIP radio console solution to transmit dispatch quality voice over your existing multi-cast enabled Ethernet network. With the ability to connect up to 100 remote users and flexible licensing with 1, 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 channel software options, the MIP 5000 VoIP Radio Console is designed to meet your requirements. You can connect up to 128 radio resources to the network and configure them in the Console System Database Manager (CSDM). Plus, save configuration files on each operator position to allow a dispatcher to access and control different combinations of radio resources (up to 48 at a time). The console system consists of two parts – a graphical user interface (GUI) and a radio gateway or gateways.

To complement the MOTOTRBO™ portfolio of digital two-way radio systems, Motorola has partnered with premium application developers across the industry to create a range of applications that add unique value to your MOTOTRBO radio system.
With options designed for your business, this portfolio of dispatch consoles applications has the features you need to make quick decisions, mobilize a fleet and keep teams informed.
RadioPro provides remote access to Motorola MOTOTRBO radios via IP Networks. PC-based client software presents a user with either a console for dispatching simultaneous radio channels (RadioPro Dispatch), a low-cost user interface for PC users (RadioPro Talk), or a mobile app (RadioPro Mobile) that runs on iPhone/iPad and Android devices. As shown in the diagram, a system may have a mixture of Dispatch, Talk , and Mobile Clients. The IP Gateways interface the radio system to an IP network, ensuring easy wide-area deployment without purchasing and configuring server PCs.
RadioPro combines flexibility to solve any Radio-Over-IP challenges, ease of system expansion, and cost savings over other solutions.
The newly redesigned SafeDispatch v7.0 is a professional client-hosted software application that enables two-way users to host and manage an intuitive radio system display, Voice Dispatch and AVL solution on their own computer without incurring any monthly fees associated with other web-based or cellular options.
Scout is a true VoIP console system: all its components may be distributed over a LAN/WAN using standard Ethernet connections. The system uses a wireline interface to connect with MOTOTRBO systems, for increased functionality, call capacity and system reliability. Scout provides a dedicated media workstation. This allows customers to operate on standard hardware for reduced costs. Radio, Telephony, and I/O integration are supported.
SmartPTT Basic is a software application for integrated control of MOTOTRBO systems. SmartPTT Basic is used for small or middle-sized radio systems with a limited range of features: Few radio subscribers (about 50 subscribers), Telephone interconnect is of marginal significance, and Simplex frequency is available or a specific site territory doesn’t allow a communication channel for direct connection of a repeater to a radio server.
TRBOnet Enterprise is a feature-rich and robust control room solution designed to work with MOTOTRBO two-way radio systems of any size and complexity. The software was first launched in 2008, and has become one of the leading dispatch systems in the world.
This state-of-the-art IP-based dispatch system offers a wide choice of additional modules, which means that it can be tailored to individual requirements. The intuitive GUI greatly reduces learning time and allows operators to concentrate on tasks that matter. The IP nature of this product makes it extremely flexible and scalable, so your system can grow up with your requirements.
